Are you ready to take on a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? Maelor Foods is seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team at our state-of-the-art abattoir.

Role Overview

As a Production Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our production processes. Each day brings new challenges, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and be prepared for tasks such as hanging products.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the production area to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Perform start-up checks, ensuring the knife steriliser is operational and adequately filled.
• Clean knives thoroughly before placing them in the steriliser and ensure the knife steriliser remains clean and functional throughout the shift.
