Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance needs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across a range of industrial equipment.
• Work on systems including motors, control panels, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Skills required for Maintenance Engineer:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including fault-finding, wiring, and control systems.
• Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment and processes.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills.
