Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Location: Derbyshire

Shift: Monday – Friday

I'm currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter position at a reputable manufacturing company in Derbyshire. I'm in search of a Maintenance Engineer, with a mechanical background and a qualification in engineering. In the role the Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance, system breakdowns, defect repair and project work on occasions.

The Maintenance Engineer will provide mechanical support quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime. If you are prepared for a dynamic role with diverse challenges, they would be delighted to welcome you on board.

Skills required for the Mechanical Fitter:

• Must have an engineering qualification.
• Response to equipment breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
• Continuous improvements
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
