As we continue to grow and enhance our operations, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Services Manager to join our engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on site operations, ensuring that all site services, facilities, and maintenance activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Role Overview:

As the Site Services Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of site facilities, maintenance, and engineering services, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability in our production processes. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all site services and maintenance activities to ensure the smooth running of operations across the site.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high levels of performance and professional growth.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure reactive maintenance is carried out promptly to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement site improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage third-party contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of site services and maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and service contracts, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
• Work closely with senior management to align site services and maintenance strategies with the company's objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a Site Services Manager or similar role within an FMCG, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams of engineers.
• In-depth knowledge of facilities management, building services, and maintenance processes.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with a proactive approach to compliance.
• Experience in managing budgets, cost control, and vendor management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (e.g., HNC, HND, degree).
