Key Responsibilities:

• Production Workflow Coordination: Coordinate the production workflow for one or multiple products to ensure efficient and effective processes.
• Operational Planning: Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
• Resource Determination: Determine the necessary equipment and raw materials to meet production demands.
• Job Monitoring: Monitor jobs to ensure they are completed on time, addressing any issues that arise to minimize disruption.
• Output Information Management: Obtain and analyze output information, including the number of finished products and the percentage of defects.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed status and performance reports.
• Paperwork Organization: Keep all paperwork organized and up-to-date.
• Collaboration: Work closely with quality control, Vacform, and ABS factories to ensure seamless production processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Planner
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
