Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Production Meetings: Lead and manage daily production meetings to ensure smooth operations and address any immediate concerns.
• Team Management: Train, develop, and manage all operators and team leaders, including hiring new talent and handling disciplinary actions as needed.
• KPIs: Set and manage key performance indicators to drive productivity and achieve operational goals.
• Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, promoting a safe working environment.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues, minimizing disruptions.
• Downtime Reduction: Collaborate with the maintenance team to reduce downtime and enhance overall equipment efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a production management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to set and manage KPIs effectively
