About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. Specialising in Door Entry Systems, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of access control and intercom systems across a range of residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot door entry and access control systems.
• Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out timely repairs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring systems are operational and secure.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in servicing Door Entry Systems, Access Control, or Intercom Systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of related systems such as CCTV or building security is advantageous.
