Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in the unloading/loading of trucks and shipping containers.
• Book goods into our facility using computers, tablets, and scanners—requiring basic IT skills and good literacy.
• Ensure accurate picking and labelling of goods for both export and domestic delivery.
• Safely operate Electric Forklift and Reach trucks (Counterbalance Licence required).
• Maintain team safety standards and ensure deadlines are met with attention to detail.
• Oversee the screening of goods and threat detection using x-ray and hand search methods.

Requirements:

• Counterbalance Licence is a must.
• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong organisational skills, a commitment to safety, and an ability to manage diverse tasks.
