Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

We invite an enterprising and ambitious Engineering Supervisor to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This role offers an exciting juncture to influence and shape operations within a thriving and rapidly growing company.  As our Engineering Supervisor, your chief role will be to orchestrate first-rate engineering maintenance and support, adhering to our objectives and financial expectations. You will inspire and guide our engineering team at the site, inculcating a culture of constant enhancement while upholding the utmost delivery standards.

Skills required for this Engineering Supervisor Role:

• A background in a comparable role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams.
• Familiarity with budget oversight and alignment with KPIs.
• Proven track record in stimulating continuous improvements.
• Proficiency in English communication and IT applications.
• An optimistic outlook and a strong commitment to work.
