4 on / 4 off, 05:45 – 18:00

Are you experienced in food production and passionate about delivering quality at pace? We’re looking for a Line Technician to join a leading food manufacturing team in Hull on a 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Complete all line paperwork accurately and on time, ensuring full traceability and compliance.

• Perform pre-start checks and identify issues to maintain seamless production.

• Carry out routine checks on metal detectors and X-ray machines.

• Record and input line performance data to support continuous improvement.

• Monitor product quality and report any defects.

• Support and train others through a structured buddy system.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor.

• Solid machine operating background within a manufacturing setting.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and a strong understanding of health & safety.

• A proactive, calm, and positive approach to challenges.
