
Engineering Manager - Food Manufacturing
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: West London
A leading company in the food manufacturing industry is seeking an Engineering Manager to enhance their team in London. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid technical background and strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and driving forward the innovation in food production processes.
As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and equipment comply with Health and Safety standards. You'll oversee a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance program and ensure the seamless operation of manufacturing equipment. Developing and leading your team, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to health and safety policies.

Skills required for the Engineering Manager:

Skilled in external contractor management and compliance with legal standards.
