First Milk are currently seeking a Site Engineering Manager to enhance their factory and engineering team in Cumbria.

This role is an amazing opportunity for someone with a solid technical background and strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and driving forward the innovation in food production processes.

Responsibilities:

Inspire and lead a high-performing engineering team, driving engagement and development.
Own engineering operations, ensuring uptime, safety, and delivery of key projects.
Champion improvement and efficiency, managing budgets, CAPEX, and process optimisation.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in managing planned preventative maintenance schedules.

Experience within the Utilities Department
