Engineering Project Manager 

Location: Market Drayton

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Days, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As Engineering Project Manager, you'll lead and coordinate multiple capital and improvement projects across a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site. From upgrades and installations to process improvements and automation, you'll be responsible for seeing projects through from conception to completion.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, H&S, and external contractors to ensure all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and CAPEX projects

   

• Define scope, budget, timelines, and resource planning

   

• Manage contractors and suppliers on-site

   

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project goals with business needs

   

• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards

   

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering solutions

   

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing engineering projects in the FMCG or food production industry

   

• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems

   

• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills

   

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

   

• Knowledge of CDM regulations and project safety compliance

   

• Engineering qualification (HND/Degree preferred)
