Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 per annum
Hours: Average 44 hours per week (rotating shifts)

Are you an experienced production leader looking for your next challenge in the food manufacturing industry? We’re looking for a motivated Production Team Manager to join one of the UK’s leading fresh produce providers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced environment, supporting and developing a large team to achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the performance of a production team, including Supervisors, Machine Operatives, and Quality staff

• Overseeing the daily running plan and prioritising workloads

• Ensuring stock levels are monitored and maintained

• Driving team engagement, development, and training opportunities

• Conducting appraisals, reviews, and supporting HR processes

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow

• Maintaining high standards in food safety, health & safety, and compliance

• Managing costs effectively and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Tues–Thurs: 7am–2pm
Fri: 7am–5:30pm
Sat: Off

Week 2:
Mon: 7am–5:30pm
Tues–Wed: 2:30pm–10pm
Thurs: 2:30pm–9pm
Fri: Off
Sat: 7am–5:30pm
