Machine Technician – Milton Keynes
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 DOE + overtime
Shifts: 4 on/4 off (Days 6am–6pm / Nights 6pm–6am)
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented technician looking to join a dynamic manufacturing team? We are seeking Machine Technicians to ensure our moulding machines and ancillary equipment run smoothly, maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service moulding machines, performing adjustments and minor repairs within your level of competence.

• Monitor product quality at packing stations, checking for visual faults and weight, and complete accurate documentation.

• Ensure raw material supply continuity and report any issues before production is impacted.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation around machinery and work areas.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience setting up or operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

• Mechanical knowledge or hands-on maintenance experience.

• Ability to work as part of a team and a strong desire to learn new skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
