Job Title - Reliability Engineer

Location - West Brom, West Midlands

Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 (DOE)

Shift: Monday to Friday Days

Job Role:

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join a leading manufacturing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across a high-performing engineering function.

Working closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams, you will develop and implement reliability strategies that maximise asset performance and support operational excellence.

Sector - FMCG Manufacturing

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Reliability Engineer:

• Engineering Qualification
• Experience of Continuous Improvement, Reliability Engineering or Root Cause Analysis.

Requirements of Reliability Engineer:

•  Worked in a Manufacturing business previously
• Practical experience of Reliability, Continuous Improvement or Root Cause analysis.

Desirable Requirements of Reliability Engineer:

• Worked in a Fast paced/FMCG environment.
