Extrusion Operator

Rate: £17 per hour
Location: Corby, UK

Are you an experienced Extrusion Operator looking for a rewarding new role? We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Corby!

If you have only 1 or 2 years experience within extrusion, the company will offer £14 per hour to start with a comprehensive training programme to get you up to the 17ph. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain extrusion machinery
• Monitor production quality and ensure consistent output
• Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in extrusion operations
• 3-5 years extrusion experience 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
