Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days Only

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading FMCG manufacturing company? We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance of our reputable client’s state-of-the-art production equipment and systems.

Maintenance Engineers Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Ensure the smooth operation of production lines to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintenance Engineers Key Requirements:

• Multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Qualified in Engineering, with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
