Salary: £29,000 basic + plenty of overtime available
Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport timber and other materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and care to prevent damage.
• Organise and maintain stock in designated areas for easy access and inventory control.
• Conduct daily checks of the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, reporting any concerns to the management team.
• Assist in general yard duties to support the wider team as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the timber or manufacturing industry.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
• Team player with a proactive approach and good communication skills.
