Job Role of the Site Services Supervisor

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Services Supervisor o join a FMCG manufacturing site in Bristol. The company has heavily invested in advanced automation, high-speed production lines, and continuous improvement initiatives, making it an excellent workplace for engineers seeking career development, technical growth, and future leadership opportunities.

You will be responsible for leading a site services team that will be carrying out l maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities including the water element, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Working on a Monday - Friday day shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.

Sector - FMCG Factory Maintenance

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Site Services Supervisor

Site Services experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.

· Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory.

.Team Leadership / Supervisory experience

· Experience with Utilities

. Experience with Water reduction in large site

Requirements for the Site Services Supervisor

· Hands-on site services experience.

· Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).

· Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

· Water reduction experience

Desirable Requirements for the Site Services Supervisor.

· Experience working as a Site Services Supervisor n the UK.

.Supervisory experience

· Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
