Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience carrying out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a industrial/Manufacturing setting.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices within an engineering environment.

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Experience working within a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with production teams.
