Key Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Manager:

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
• Deliver training and develop CI capabilities across all teams on-site.
• Analyse performance data to identify areas for enhancement and establish KPIs.
• Oversee enhancement projects to meet site profit improvement targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to embed Asset Care and TPM principles.
• Share and promote best practices across the group.

Skills Required for the Continuous Improvement Manager:

• Proven experience in continuous/process improvement, ideally in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving change.
• Excellent data analysis and project management skills.
• Experience with Lean structures, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
• Hands-on approach with a flexible mindset and strong communication skills.
