We are currently recruiting a Engineering Supervisor to join a highly reputable blue-chip brand within the FMCG manufacturing sector on a 4on 4off Days basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is well-known for its engineering excellence, strong culture and long term employee development.
The role of the Engineering Supervisor is a middle management position, you will be responsible for managing and developing 5-10 engineers, playing a lead role in projects, leading root cause analysis into failures, attending managerial meetings as well as completing some hands on work when required.
Skills required for an Engineering Supervisor:
- The Engineering Supervisor with have strong leadership and management experience.
- Be a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias and Electrical Qualifications.
- Ideally come from a Food or FMCG Manufacturing background.
- Be Flexible and have a hands on approach.
- Experience of working on and leading projects.
- Ability to drive change and excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter who is accountable for self and encourages others to do the same.
- Be prepared to work a 4on 4off Days shift pattern.
