We’re looking for Extrusion Operators to join a growing production team in North Scarle. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in manufacturing with a company that values safety, teamwork, and development.

What you’ll do:

• Operate mills and extruders, including loading ingredients and carrying out technical checks

• Run dryers, coaters, coolers, and manage bulk storage

• Handle waste segregation and rework processes

• Keep the site safe and clean with a “clean as you go” approach

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Machine Operator or Production Operator (manufacturing background preferred)

• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Team players who work well with others

• Awareness of food safety and health & safety standards (training provided if needed)

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £31,580.64

• Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 6am–6pm & 6pm–6am
